- Held session on Construction Safety for FEPL Management Staff.
- Checked and documented HSSE and operational understanding of new Fossil staff.
- Briefed New Tanks Construction Team members on TBX, PTWS, Safety rules, and suggested implementing a weekly “best worker” award for motivation.
May 14th, 2024:
- Conducted Class Room Session & Field Assignment on Permit to Work System in the New Tankage Area for FEPL Management Staff.
- Conducted Class Room Session and On-Site Training on Golden Safety Rules and Safety Walkabout for FEPL Management & Field Staff, and Bhombal Gantry Staff.
- Reviewed Oil Water Separator System Network.
- Briefed HSSE Performance data and provided templates for managing and reporting HSSE performance data, dashboard, etc.
May 15th, 2024:
- Conducted Training session with FEPL, KHTL, and SGS Staff on Safety Rules, TL filling operations, Product handling, and Management.
- Conducted Field visit and fill outs of Safety and Daily Walkabout checklists.
- Conducted Security Staff Refresher on TL Safety Inspection and Traffic Management.
- Covered Incident Management System.

Golden Safety Rules and Safety Walkabout: Class Room Session and On-Site Training
HSSE Performance data briefed, also provided template for managing and reporting HSSE
performance data, dashboard etc.SOP’s and other documentation reviewed and updated as per requirement.
May 17th & 18th, 2024:
- Product handling & management controls.
- PTWS , including Desktop exercise.
- Hazard register
- Emergency Response plan updated and explained key scenarios.
- Further SOP’s documentation reviewed and updated.
- Session with security guards, KHTL, and Fossil staff on TL inspection and demonstration
mandatory documentation including local legislation requirements. - Engage Fossil, KHTL , SGS staff on Operational and HSSE such as site safety rules, HSE
golden rules. - Hazard list was shared.
- Fire extinguisher inspection techniques were reinforced.
- Fossil staff assessment was done on fundamental HSE and operational elements.
- Individual staff task /schedule was developed , displayed for daily/ weekly and monthly
inspection and documentation.
June 14th:
TRAINING SESSION BY 1122 RESCUE TEAM
A training session through 1122 Rescue team was arranged at the terminal for all staff regarding life saver course ( CPR training, firefighting, handling & usage of fire hydrant hosepipe,etc).
On completion of training, training certificates were awarded to the participants.
