Saad Swati
Mr. Saad Swati brings with him over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. He started his career with Shell Pakistan and integrated within the Industry moving ahead to Hascol Petroleum Limited where he headed an assortment of functions including Retail Fuel, Lubricants, Corporate Marketing and Non Fuel Retail. Saad Holds MSc in International Marketing from London South Bank University and is best described as a marketer by heart and soul.

Owais Ali Khan
Owais Ali Khan has been part of Fossil since the past 3 years. Prior to joining the Company he was associated with Dubai Islamic Bank where he served the Organization for over 8 years. Owais started his career in 2001 with Harvest Topworth International as a Business Development Officer and branched out to work in Diverse domains in the corporate sector adding on to his skills set and experience.
With a Master’s degree in Commerce, Awais
has displayed strong leadership and problem-solving skills during the course
of his career with Fossil. His forward-thinking mindset and proficiency in
financial analysis, risk management, strategic planning, and compliance with
regulatory standards has proved him to be a visionary planner oriented not
only to big-picture growth but also with the foresight to anticipate and
prepare for possible financial setbacks.
GM SUPPLY & OPERATIONS
Rashid Akbar
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Rashid Akbar has been promoted
as GM – Supply & Operations. Rashid holds an experience of more than
10 years within the Oil and Gas Industry and has been associated with
Fossil since the past 05 years. His strong Electrical Engineering
background and commendable grasp over his domain have made a
valuable contribution to the organization over the course of his
employment. Rashid will be responsible for managing supplies from the
Refineries and Imports. In addition to his core responsibilities, he will also
oversee operations of both the current Installations, Mehmoodkot and
Gatti with Operations Managers and other Supply Point heads reporting
to him. We wish him the best of Luck for his new role!

Bushra Rehman
Bushra Rehman holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from
IBA. She Brings with her more than 15 years of experience within the Oil &
Gas Industry ranging from Upstream to Downstream. Prior to Joining Fossil,
she has remained associated with Bp Pakistan Exploration & Production, Inc
and Hascol Petroleum Limited. With a natural flair for Marketing, her core
competencies shelter Corporate Marketing, Non Fuel Retail, Creative,
Editorial & Media Management.
GM HR, OPERATIONS & COMMERCIAL SALES
Hassan Abbas
Hassan Abbas, with 7 years at Fossil Energy (Pvt) Ltd., started in 2017 as
Assistant Manager Installation & Maintenance, advancing to
Deputy General Manager HR, Commercial Sales & Retail Development. His
diverse roles showcase excellence, having managed various departments.
Beginning his career in 2015 in Research & Development, Hassan has held
positions across industries, from Pharmaceuticals to Engineering Automations.
With a BE in Electrical / Electronic from PAF – KIET and an MS in Electrical
(Control System) from PNEC-NUST, his academic background strengthens his
performance within the organization and the industry. A skilled multitasker,
Hassan excels in various domains, consistently delivering perfection.
MANAGER HR & OPERATIONS
Rukaiya Chamdia
Rukaiya Chamdia joined Fossil in 2023 as Manager HR and Operations. She
graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2020. She started her
career with Earnest & Young and moved on to BASF Pakistan where she
got the opportunity to work in different capacities to build a diversified skill
set and collectively contribute towards organizational development in the
Chemicals and Finance Consulting Sector. Her strong analytical skills and
grasp over her domain have led to fostering a productive work atmosphere
and sustainable transformation within the company. Rukaiya’s major
contribution has been in developing recruitment strategies, implementing
systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding
new employees.

Nadeem Ahmed Butt
Mr. Nadeem A Butt is a senior retired banker having worked for over 38 years in senior positions with institutions that include MCB Bank and NIB Bank. His area of expertise is audit, corporate risk management, trade finance, and treasury and profit Centre management. He has contributed materially to the overall institutional policy debate and strategy formulation. Mr. Butt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and has attended various banking courses both locally and internationally. He also chairs the Board Audit Committee.

Salim Chamdia
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (I AP), Salim Chamdia is a highly experienced and result oriented professional with more than 28 years of experience in different industries like financial market, commodity market, banking, investment advisory and textile industry. He has rich experience in financial control, reporting and staff management.
He has the honour of being the youngest Chairman of Pakistan Stock Exchange, and the Founder Chairman of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange. He has also served as the Executive Director of Summit Bank Limited.
