Business Divisions
After FEPL acquired a majority stake-holding, CPL has been completely turned around and now operates four distinct Business Divisions as show here. Recently a fifth division (Industrial Chemicals) has also been introduced with good success.
CPL Network & Branches
CPL has a reasonably strong network of branches in the country & reach-out to consumers esp. for its Office Automation & FMCG businesses.
